ISO 50001 & LCA
Autostop is certified in accordance with ISO 50001:2018 and is actively conducting Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) alongside measuring the company’s overall carbon footprint.
By applying structured energy management practices, Autostop continuously improves energy efficiency, optimizes energy sources, and reduces CO₂ emissions through modern and responsible procedures.
A key step in this process is the implementation of solar panel systems, already contributing to lower emissions across production facilities. LCA activities and carbon footprint calculations are ongoing, enabling “cradle-to-gate” measurement of selected products in collaboration with suppliers and supporting continuous environmental improvement.

With an installed 800 kW photovoltaic system on the roof of the factory, Autostop contributes to a cleaner environment, reduced pollution, and lower reliance on conventional energy sources.

- Achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030
- Achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 2040

Eco-Friendly Materials
Sustainability is a shared priority for Autostop and its customers. The company develops and supplies innovative eco-friendly materials without compromising performance, durability, or safety.
Autostop follows a clear material philosophy:
- Elimination of harmful, allergenic, and toxic substances
- Use of water-based, non-toxic alternatives
- Low-emission production processes and controlled byproducts
The company has fully eliminated solvents, azo dyes, and monomer residues, offering environmentally friendly alternatives to conventional synthetic leather.
Autostop is also a leading supplier of 100% recyclable carpet floor mat materials made from polyester and polypropylene, with additional options for high recycled content across multiple material compositions.
